We are delighted to have been selected to sell the contents of the Connie Forsham estate from the premises of her historical home. The home known as "Happyacres" has been in the family for 4 generations and was constructed in the early 19th C. The home was owned by the Goodhue/Campbell/Forsham estates of 3 generations, its present owner Betsy Forsham is the 4th generation owner.
